Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met. You will work on a localised patch, with minimal travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and undertake service work on security systems at commercial, domestic, and integrated sites
- Provide excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
- Service devices safely and responsibly, managing time efficiently and prioritizing jobs correctly
Requirements
- Experience in the Fire and Security industry, ideally with intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV experience
- Driving license
- Ability to lift and climb ladders
- Excellent customer service skills
