Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending and undertaking service work of security systems at a range of customers from commercial, domestic, and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry, ideally having Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, and CCTV experience.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Always deliver excellent customer service.
