This will involve attending and undertaking service work on security systems at a range of customers, from commercial to domestic and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
  • Service security devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Manage your time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience within the fire and security industry, ideally with intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV experience.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
