Deputy Store Manager

Salary: £43,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of daily store activities.

You will lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, set a positive example for the team and customers, and maintain high standards of store appearance and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
