A talented Recruitment Operations Coordinator is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work independently, and have a good understanding of IT systems. You will be working closely with the experienced hires recruitment team to ensure seamless recruitment processes and assist with onboarding new starters.

Responsibilities
Support with recruitment activities and onboarding administration for new starters across the group. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the experienced hires recruitment team, including CV reviewing, scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers where required. Coordinate logistics for assessment centres and organise new starters' IT requests, HR & SHE inductions.

Salary Details
The salary for this role is approximately £26,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
