Job Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  2. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent standards of presentation and quality, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment, preferably within the education sector.
  2. Excellent presentation and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  4. A real passion for food and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
