Job Description:

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to two children with identified SEN needs in our North Winchester location.

The key objectives of this position are to promote inclusion, drive individual progress, and foster positive relationships with the children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the children's needs, collaborating with the class teacher and SENCo to create personalized support plans.
  2. Providing 1:1 and shared support, adapting activities and resources to meet the children's specific needs, and tracking progress.
  3. Establishing strong relationships with the children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
