Join Our Team as a Chef Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training Ltd. As a Chef Coach, you will play a critical role in developing the professionals of the future, shaping the changing face of the hospitality industry.

About the Role

As a Chef Coach, you will be responsible for delivering the apprenticeship standard, providing support, guidance, and motivation to learners as they gain career-building qualifications. You will also help them achieve transferable skills in Maths and English, if needed, while managing your own admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in the hospitality sector
  • Provide support, guidance, and motivation to learners as they gain qualifications
  • Help learners achieve transferable skills in Maths and English, if needed
  • Manage your own admin tasks, including record-keeping and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent or up-to-date experience gained in the kitchen
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
