Are you ready to take on a strategic role that will shape the future of a rapidly changing industry? We're seeking a seasoned Procurement Category Lead to join our team and drive the end-to-end procurement of goods and services for our fleet management business.
What's in it for you?

What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for leading the procurement of garage and workshop repair services, spare parts, and other essential goods and services. With a significant spend of circa £50m, you'll need to ensure adequate national coverage for the repair and maintenance of all types of road vehicles. Additionally, you'll develop and implement a structured supplier performance management program to drive contractual standards, commercials, and community engagement within the network.

What skills and experience do you need?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- Strong track record of savings delivery
- Experience in robust supplier performance management
- Ability to work on-site 3 days a week in either Birmingham or Chippenham
