Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Hagley Road Retirement Village. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including typing and photocopying
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain accurate records
  • Take comprehensive messages for staff and residents
  • Train and guide residents, volunteers, and others to provide a competent service

Requirements:

  • Proven people skills with excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
