Job Title: Branch Receptionist

Job Summary:

Crown is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Branch Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and potential clients, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors promptly and complete security procedures as required.
  • Monitor and respond to the information inbox, liaising with colleagues to ensure timely replies.
  • Assist with the collation and circulation of brochures, publications, and marketing materials.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and arrange collection by traders and staff.
  • Take messages, direct calls, and provide information in a confident manner.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms when requested.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Person Specification:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a customer-focused service role.
  • Good basic education with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Courteous telephone manner and ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
  • Multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00am to 16:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Friday: 08:00am to 16:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Holidays:

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
