Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Supportive Educator to join our team as an SEN Learning Support Assistant in schools around Central London, Brent. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to support and empower Primary aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced teachers to provide tailored support to students with SEND needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and inclusivity in the classroom
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
Requirements
  • Degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on SEND
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children or adults with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
