About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Green Lane View. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also supervising and leading a team of care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, championing their independence and empowering them to make informed choices.
  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Work closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with community health and social care professionals to ensure seamless care provision.
