Job Title: Care Assistant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents?

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at St. Michaels Court. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care, companionship, and friendship to our residents, promoting independence and dignity in a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in conversation
  • Report any concerns or issues to the care team

Requirements:

  • No experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support
  • QCF/NVQ 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
