Job Title: Female Support Worker - Care Assistant
Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team and enable the four ladies, with Learning Disabilities, who live at our Supported Living Home to enjoy an independent life.
About the Role
You will be supporting 3 ladies in their 60's who are very sociable and love going out and about and doing a variety of things such as going shopping and days out.
Your Duties
Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
Supporting with various activities like horse riding
Trips to cafes, shops, restaurants, and day centers, to love outdoor activities would be a massive advantage
Aspect of medication administration
Use of hoist and wheelchair.
Shift Pattern
Long days 7am - 9:30pm; Early -7am -2:30pm; Late 2pm - 9:30pm; ideal candidate must be able to do sleep ins
About You
