Exciting Opportunity for ServiceNow Experts

We're seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants to join a high-impact, 2-year government IT transformation project in the UK. This project will revolutionize the way government services are delivered, leveraging the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow.
  • Drive the full implementation lifecycle of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management.
  • Be the expert in IT Business Management, focusing on Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financial Management, and Demand Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in ITOM, ITSM, or ITBM.
  • ServiceNow certification is required.
  • Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years to qualify for security clearance, with a strong preference for those already security cleared.
