About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team at Alexander Ash Consulting. As a ServiceNow SME, you will play a key role in the implementation of IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes for a major government IT transformation project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow.
  • Drive the full implementation lifecycle of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management.
  • Be the expert in IT Business Management, focusing on Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financial Management, and Demand Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in ITOM, ITSM, or ITBM.
  • ServiceNow certification is required.
  • Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years to qualify for security clearance, with a strong preference for those already security cleared.
