Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Bristol, a CAT B local adult Male prison. Our team is responsible for maintaining the smooth and safe operation of the facility, ensuring the well-being of prisoners, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment within the prison
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including emptying bins, cleaning floors, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the effective operation of the facility
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a cleaning environment
  • Knowledge of COSHH and relevant health and safety requirements
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
