Event Sales Executive
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Event Sales Executive to join our team at Village Hotels - Bury. As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling meetings, events, and groups business, handling client enquiries, finalising event details, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sell meetings, events, and groups business through effective communication and negotiation with clients
- Handle client enquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Finalise event details, including contracts and quotes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in hospitality or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
