BYD Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electric Vehicle Sales Professional to join our team at LSH Auto UK, the official dealer partner of BYD in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of electric vehicles and BYD products. They will be responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience, ensuring the store is well-stocked and maintained according to BYD standards, and representing the BYD brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Record and update leads on relevant systems
- Deliver a luxury customer experience by 'Putting the customer first always'
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Represent BYD brand values and uphold its reputation in the market
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales position or similar role in the retail or automotive industry
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and BYD products
- Strong customer service and sales orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A full UK driving licence
