Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Laboratory Administrator to join our team at Eurofins UK Product Testing Services. As a Laboratory Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our laboratory team with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and record incoming samples, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
- Perform laboratory testing alongside the laboratory team, adhering to strict quality control procedures.
- Conduct initial label report checks and perform analysis, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
- Support the team with processing, booking, and report creation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Record all activities and deviations, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure the laboratory area is clean and tidy, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at C grade or above, demonstrating a strong foundation in core subjects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, showcasing excellent administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, enabling seamless collaboration with the team.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks, managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
