Job Summary:

Eurofins UK Product Testing Services is seeking a skilled Laboratory Administrator to join our team. As a Laboratory Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the laboratory team, including physical testing of samples, label reviews, report writing, and support of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accept and record incoming samples for testing
  2. Perform laboratory testing alongside the laboratory team when required
  3. Perform the initial label report check and perform the initial analysis of the label
  4. Support the team with the processing, booking, and report creation
  5. Record all activities and deviations
  6. Ensure the lab area is clean and tidy
  7. Follow all safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs C grade and above
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Organised and able to prioritise
  • Professional and friendly personality
