Role Overview
As Youth Voice Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the voices of our teenage activists are at the heart of our mission. You will think strategically and operationally about youth voice, working collaboratively with other teams to strengthen our organisational advocacy and impact.

**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Youth Voice Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the voices of our youth activists are heard and valued within our organisation. This will involve working closely with our youth activists, staff, and external partners to identify and address key issues affecting young people's health and wellbeing. You will also develop and implement strategies to promote youth voice and participation, and provide support and guidance to our youth activists to help them achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in a relevant field such as public health, youth work, or social sciences
• Proven experience in youth work or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the food system and its impact on public health
• Knowledge of youth voice and participation principles and practices

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits including:
