Senior Legal Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Montresor Legal on a 3-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative company that connects consumers with verified professionals across various trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advising on regulatory compliance, data protection, and intellectual property matters to ensure our business operations remain compliant.
  • Legal Risk Management: Identifying and managing legal risks to provide solutions to business challenges and ensure the company's continued growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaising with external counsel as required and supporting the business in day-to-day legal queries and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4-6 years of PQE.
  • Proven experience in commercial law, ideally in the technology or services sector.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-moving workload.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
