Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-house legal support to our internal departments, working closely with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, and negotiating and drafting complex transactional agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to internal departments, including drafting agreements and addressing compliance issues.
  • Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
  • Take preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts.

Requirements

  • Admitted as a Solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a top-tier international law firm.
  • Confident negotiator with experience in handling contract negotiations with large, international clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
