About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team as an In-House Commercial Contract Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global FinTech company based in London, where you will have the chance to work on cutting-edge technology and deal with a prestigious client portfolio of the world's biggest banks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review technology contracts, including software licenses and maintenance agreements, as well as other agreements in the FinTech sector.
  • Provide legal assistance to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations relevant to the industry, applying your expertise to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in technology contracts, ideally dealing with licensing transactions, and a solid understanding of corporate governance and corporate structure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
