Job Description
This role sits within the Charles Taylor Group accounting team and is responsible for assisting the Group Financial Accountant with financial operations. The successful candidate will support the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, global recharges, and month-end accounts. The job holder will work closely with the Group Financial Reporting Team, regional accounting teams, and the Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Accountant with general accounting and month-end activities
- Prepare monthly GTO recharges from CTA out to the CT Subsidiaries
- Timely submission of the accounts to CT Group via Cognos
- Assist on the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process
- Prepare monthly variance analysis of balance sheet and P&L
- Maintain the fixed asset register and CapEx Projects for GTO
- Support the Finance business partner with general accounting and month-end activities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good bookkeeping skills or strong accounting technician/part qualified accountant experience
- Detailed knowledge of Capital Expenditure (desirable)
- Experience of working in a similar reporting role (desirable)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly numerate with excellent communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration skills

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
