About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join our team and lead our short break services for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement high-quality programs of activities that cater to the diverse needs of our beneficiaries.
  • To lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional short break services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [estimated] 3 years' experience in managing teams and delivering programs for children and young people with disabilities or additional needs.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs that meet the needs of diverse groups.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary of £[salary] per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday, and 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday during term time.

Note: This role requires occasional travel to schemes, so only apply if you have a full driving license.
