**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead our short break services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities and additional needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience of working with vulnerable groups, and the ability to develop and implement creative programs of activities. A full driving license is necessary due to occasional travel requirements.
