Purchase Ledger Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join our client's accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Purchase Ledger, skills in using SAGE, and the ability to start immediately.
About the JobThis full-time position involves working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- The key responsibilities include batching and posting of sterling and euro purchase invoices, checking prices with supplier pricelist, sending out overhead invoices for authorisation, dealing with disputes with suppliers, and processing petty cash claims.
- You will also be responsible for filing purchase invoices, assisting the sales ledger as required, carrying out payment enquiries from suppliers, and resolving supplier reconciliation and queries.
A highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, is required.
What We OfferThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
