We are seeking a highly skilled German Market Deal Maker to lead our consumer M&A efforts in the German-speaking European markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Alan Mitchell team and drive our M&A strategy in the region.
About the Job
- Execute M&A transactions within the consumer sector, focusing on the German market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and financial professionals.
- Evaluate potential M&A targets, considering financial performance, strategic fit, and risk assessment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in successfully executing M&A transactions within the consumer sector.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence experience.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of M&A-related legal and regulatory requirements.
Salary and Benefits
- Attractive base salary & bonus structure: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
