Business Development Manager

Tate Guildford is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Guildford, Surrey.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the Automotive industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required
