Support Worker Vacancy

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. Our Morecambe Learning Disability Services provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, and we are looking for someone to help our service users enjoy an excellent quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
  • Provide respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support
  • Work flexibly in shifts over weekends and bank holidays
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Shifts are available during the day and for waking nights
