Job Title: Technical Service Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Controller to join our team at Dawsongroup Environmental Municipal Civil. As a Technical Service Controller, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by optimizing resources and reviewing predictive indicators to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instill a "Safety first" culture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Understand and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and manage job progress to maximize engineer productivity and efficiency.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure job resolution and mutual benefit.
  • Keep all systems up to date with accurate job information and provide feedback to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a similar industry environment is desirable.
  • Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Automotive, or Construction Plant) achieved through a recognized formal training program.
  • Competence in telematics as a diagnostic tool is preferred.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility, prioritize work, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
