We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
As a Chief Payment Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product solutions to align with our strategic objectives. You'll act as a translation layer between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and developing product features that meet the needs of our customers and their claimants;
- Undertaking root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues;
- Analyzing business impact across all relevant stakeholders and creating plans for implementation;
- Contributing to product documentation to support successful rollout and maximize utilization of new features;
- Tracking success post-implementation by measuring KPIs;
- Providing subject matter expertise to support the business with changes implemented.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role working on defining and implementing new customer-facing product features and managing business change;
- A good understanding of Agile development practices;
- Desirable but not essential domain experience in cross-border payments gained at a fintech, International Payments company, or bank.
