Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our prestigious client, a food-led country pub located in a picturesque area. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the property, supporting the management team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with experience in supervising teams and managing front-of-house operations. You will be responsible for leading the team during service, opening and closing the premises, and ensuring that statutory legislation, including Health and Safety, are complied with.

The role includes a 45-hour contract, with shifts including 3 straight shifts and 2 x split shifts per week. You will have a Tuesday off as one of your 2 days off each week. The salary for this opportunity is £26,800 per annum base salary, plus a share of the generous weekly tips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team during service and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including opening and closing the premises
  • Supervise and train team members to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with statutory legislation

Requirements:
