Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and food safety standards - Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations - Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
