We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of staff to ensure the success of our pub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and control pub operations, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve pub performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
