Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Building Development Coordinator to join our client's team. This dynamic role involves overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet industry regulations and deadlines.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and planning temporary build solutions, working closely with customers, suppliers, and tradespeople. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships and achieving project goals.

A salary of around £55,000, depending on experience, is offered, along with comprehensive benefits. A full clean UK driving licence is required for occasional site visits.

To succeed in this varied and challenging role, you will require strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in modular construction, is highly desirable.
