Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our Client Services Team as an apprentice technician. As part of a highly reputable global company, Glos, you will be responsible for providing expert administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions.

Your key responsibilities will include dealing with all incoming communication, supporting discussions around policy changes, reviewing claims information, and working as part of a team to manage multiple complex claims.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Dealing with all incoming communication, including emails and other correspondence
  • Providing details to support discussions around policy changes
  • Reviewing claims information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Working as part of a team to manage multiple complex claims
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Decision making
  • Problem solving
  • Confident in using a computer
