Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Landscape Management Supervisor to oversee our grounds maintenance operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

  • Responsibility for leading and managing a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To ensure that all grounds maintenance tasks are carried out to a high standard, meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong background in horticulture and groundsmanship.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Salary Information: Our salary range for this position is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, with occasional weekend work required during peak periods.
