Job Description

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in our stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products, including jewelry, watches, and other gift items.
  • Managing store inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times.
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • You will be proficient in using POS systems and have experience of managing inventory and stock levels.
  • You will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
