Job Summary:
Venture Security is seeking a highly motivated and professional Security Officer to join our team in Trowbridge and Devizes. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible and reassuring presence within the town centre
- Undertake routine patrols to deter and prevent crime
- Respond to and manage incidents efficiently and effectively
- Liaise with local businesses and stakeholders to build relationships and gather intelligence
- Utilise technology, including body-worn cameras and digital evidence management software, to support your work
- Liaise with police and other agencies to share information and best practices
Requirements:
- 1 year of security experience (preferably in a similar role)
- First Aid Certification (desirable)
- SIA license (required)
- Driving License (required)
Benefits:

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, working a varied shift pattern of afternoons and evenings between Tuesday and Saturday
