We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Administrator to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Property Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Property Management team
  • Handle new business and letting enquiries
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Maintain and service a database of landlord prospects
  • Assist in social media marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A full, clean, valid driver's licence and use of your own vehicle
  • Numeracy skills and ability to work independently
