Established in 1997, our client is a multi-award-winning letting agency that has been serving West Lothian with exceptional property management services. They’re proud of their dedicated team and are excited to welcome a new Property Adviser/Administrator to join them in delivering top-tier service to landlords and tenants.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to be part of a busy, fast-paced team. You’ll provide essential administrative support to the General Manager and experienced Property Management team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.

Your role will be varied, with a blend of administration, property visits, client interactions, and social media support. You’ll also be handling new business and letting enquiries, all while enjoying the benefits of uncapped commission potential.

  • A “can-do” attitude with a positive and adaptable outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with an interest in social media
  • A full, clean, valid driver’s licence and use of your own vehicle (occasional use of the office car is possible)
  • Numeracy skills and the ability to work independently
  • A background in property is ideal but not essential—your skills and experience in the above areas are what matter most

What will your role look like?

  • Handle email and enquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Meet landlords to explain services and assess property readiness for letting
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Maintain and service a database of landlord prospects
  • Assist in social media marketing efforts for our client’s services
  • Provide backup support to the General Manager when needed
