Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and services at client sites, including hardware and software troubleshooting, desktop and printer support, and basic installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and services at client sites, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Perform installations, troubleshooting, and support for various hardware and software, adhering to documented procedures and guidelines.
  • Follow and adapt documented procedures, contribute to procedure updates, and commit to personal development and training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in relevant technology areas, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+ (MCDST, ITIL Foundation v4 preferred).
