Customer Service Advisor in Retail

As a Customer Service Representative at William Hill, you will be at the heart of our retail experience. Our shops are about much more than just taking bets - we're about getting to know our customers and the communities we serve. If you enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities- Welcome our customers with a friendly face and provide an exceptional service
- Process bets and assist with customer queries in a professional manner
- Show our customers how to use betting terminals and build relationships with them
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and helpful
- Champion safer gambling practices at all times
- Support managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities as required
We operate a variety of shops with different opening times between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis and are subject to change, including evening and weekend work.
Requirements- Aged 18+
- Possess a passion for delivering great customer service
- Have strong interpersonal and empathy skills to engage with customers from all walks of life
