**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive. As an Academic Vacancy Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing teachers in schools across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector and be able to identify client needs and requirements to fill their vacancies. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The role involves attending client meetings, school visits, and recruitment fairs to promote our services and attract new business. You will also be responsible for searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, CV searching, referrals, and utilizing our CRM system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales and business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools
- Identifying client needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
- Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs, and expos
- Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, CV searching, referrals, and utilizing the CRM
- Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators, and interviewing face-to-face to build a pipeline of candidates
**Estimated Salary:**
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, with potential for uncapped commission and bonuses.
