Child Welfare Practitioner

The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker with a deep understanding of the complexities faced by vulnerable groups. They will possess excellent assessment and planning skills, with the ability to engage creatively with young people and their families. The candidate will also be able to utilize group mentoring and clinical supervision to support both professionals and children under their care.
This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as generous paid annual leave and employer pension contributions. About the Role:
• Safeguard vulnerable young people and their families
• Engage in creative assessment and planning to help families overcome challenges and achieve their goals
• Work closely with colleagues to provide a supportive environment for vulnerable young people
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker with a deep understanding of the complexities faced by vulnerable groups
