Job Title: Clinical Manager - Catastrophic Injury Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team in the South region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in case management, particularly with catastrophically injured clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Managing Director in overseeing the provision of a high-quality clinical service to clients and stakeholders involved in the catastrophic case load.

* Act as the clinical specialist in your area of knowledge, ensuring best practices are adhered to and develop staff members on conditions and package of care recommendations.

* Effectively manage and supervise the daily workload of Clinical Case Managers.

* Ensure the clinical services and performance meet the highest standards across the company.

* Allocate cases and liaise with legal referrers and parties involved in the client cases.

* Supervise and monitor the work of a small team of Case Managers.

* Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new Case Managers and support business growth.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, specifically with catastrophically injured clients.

* Experience in overseeing complex care packages and rehabilitation.

* Proven leadership and management experience within a case management company.

* Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

* Outstanding client services skills.
